What has been a success? What looks good? - I think the whole thing looks quite successful, the layout, which I planned and redrafted sereval times, works well with the Image which is showing strength and confidence which relates to the info in the text, its also half of the article to relate to the teen audience of my magazine, so can be used as a Poster, The Text is set in front of a large 'M' relating to the artists name, its in bold red to grab attention and too work with the red lipstick on the artist in the main image but making sure it isn't to bright to overpower text in front.
What impact has your research had on the outcome of your 1st draft? - I looked at Magazines that related to my style and genre of the magazine, most of the centrefolds where similar to this so I wanted to keep the familiar and just add my own style to it. Also my market research also showed the majority of people wanted interviews as well as comments from the public which I included in the article.
What do you now need to do to improve your magazine? - I believe the text on the Image needs to be played around with a bit more as it seems to just linger/sit there, and The page number '3' needs to be worked on as the edge is a bit rough.
